Their warm welcome was quite the contrast from other employment agencies I was familiar with in the past. Their approach aims to get to know the whole person rather than focusing strictly on credentials and experience.
By taking a genuine interest in who I was as a person, I felt there would be a greater likelihood of being matched to an appropriate employer!
