- Client Follow-up: We communicate extensively with the client once the employee starts work to make sure that the relationship is developing properly. Typically there are no issues to report, but if there is, we use our relationship with the employee to help resolve it.
- Employee Follow-up: We communicate with the employee to make sure they are happy in their new environment. Again, if issues arise, we use our role as third party to make sure it gets resolved.
